Refund
You are not allowed to apply for refunds.
Returns
You are not allowed to return products. If you find a damaged product when the products are being delivered, please contact us at that moment through +94 71 655 82 81 . If you are failed to contact us that moment please email us with photos of the package to info@woovy.lk.
Exchange
If you are not satisfied with the products that you have purchased due to a fault of our side [Eg : product received is not the size that you have ordered.] we will be happy to exchange it according to our policy.
Request for exchange
When you request an exchange the products should be in the original condition with packaging. The request must be done on the same day in which you have reviewed the package. Keep the labels and tags with the product (attached) and it’s very important to mention the reason for the exchange.
Not exchangeable products/items
- Items not in the original condition (ex: Damaged items, items with dirt/makeup/patches, tag removed items, items without original packaging)
- Sale/ Discounted items
- Lingerie
- Swimwear
- Bags
- Shoes
- Baby / Kids wear
Limit on number of exchange
Exchange is possible only ONCE. You cannot exchange an already exchanged product.
Damages occur during shipping/courier/delivery
Woovy Knitting Factory (PVT) LTD conducts a quality check to ensure the products are 100% damage free prior to shipment./posting.
It is not our responsibility for damages during shipping/courier/delivery.
Procedure of exchange
- You have to initiate the exchange by informing us at 071 665 82 81 through WhatsApp or emailing to info@woovy.lk
- You must clearly mention the reason for the exchange.
- If we are satisfied with the reason and the condition of the product/products you can send us them.
- You have to pack the products in the same packaging with original condition labels and tags.
- Send the package to the given address by our officer to you. This can be done only when we agree to an exchange.
- Please note that you have to pay the returning courier/postage fee.
- Once the products which due exchanged are received at our warehouse, we will perform a quality check. The exchange will be accepted only if the products are in their original condition.
- If the product/products are in their original condition we will inform you that the exchange is accepted. Please note that if the product/products are not in their original condition exchange will not be accepted and the exchange will not be processed.
- If the exchange is accepted then you will be given a code to use at checkout to get a discount that is equal to price of the exchanged product/products. Please note that we will not keep a product or products for your exchange in our stores.
Discounts when exchanging
You are not allowed to get any discount if you use a code that is meant for exchange at checkout.
If the new order bill is less than the value of exchanged product/products
When exchanging products if there is any balance from 1st order balance will be not refunded. You have to select product/products to equal the value of the first order or greater than the first order.
Changes to the REFUND & EXCHANGE policy
Woovy Knitting Factory (PVT) LTD reserves the right to make changes to this REFUND & EXCHANGE Policy at any time and for any reason. If you are a registered user you may receive a REFUND & EXCHANGE policy update notice in your email. You are encouraged to periodically review this REFUND & EXCHANGE Policy to stay informed of updates. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised REFUND & EXCHANGE Policy by your continued use of the Site after the date such revised REFUND & EXCHANGE Policy is posted.
Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated REFUND & EXCHANGE Policy on the Site. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this REFUND & EXCHANGE policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
