Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

This Website is not for use by any minors ( defined as those who are not at least 18 years of age ), and you must not use this Website if you a minor.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

PRODUCTS & SERVICES

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear on the website. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s /mobile phone screen’s display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

USE OF SERVICES

Users are allowed to browse our website without logging in. However, if a user wants to purchase a product or products from our website he/she must log in to our website using his/her Google account.

ORDERS

Users can add a maximum of 10 items of one product to order. (If you need more items than one product due to a special reason, [Eg: gifting them to a community] you may contact our production manager at info@woovy.lk)

Users are not allowed to resell products purchased from woovy.lk. (If you are a wholesale dealer you may contact our production manager at info@woovy.lk)

It is the user’s responsibility to read the details of the product before adding it to the shopping cart. Users can remove products from the shopping cart before placing the order.

After clicking the Place Order button in woovy.lk/checkout page users are not allowed to change their shopping cart. It is the user’s responsibility to check products in the shopping cart before clicking the place order button.

The damages to products, while they are in the post or in the courier, is not the responsibility of woovy.lk.

User must place an inquiry within two weeks from the placed date if the order is not received.

No refunds are available. Postage and service charges will be deducted from the user if any order is returned and the remaining balance can be used for a future order. (We will give you a code to use at checkout)

If any order is returned, the user can request to post/courier products to another address after paying the postage fee/courier fee within two weeks from the return date.

It’s the user’s responsibility to respond to emails and phone calls from woovy.lk.

The estimated delivery date is shown in woovy.lk/checkout page or any other page is only an illustration. The actual delivery date may vary from given estimated delivery date.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Fees, Charges, and bills

Total value of the current shopping cart and postage/courier Fees will be shown in the woovy.lk/checkout page.

If there is a discount on orders at the moment of placing an order, it will be shown in the woovy.lk/checkout page.

The payable amount for the order is displayed as “Total” in woovy.lk/checkout page. By clicking the Place Order button in woovy.lk/checkout page implies that products in the shopping cart are selected to buy and it can not be reversible.

Users can select payment method [COD – cash on delivery or online payment]

If the user selects COD it’s the user’s responsibility to pay the payable amount at the delivery of the order.

If the user selects online payment, the web page will be redirected to our online payment processing agent payhere.lk, After providing payment details for an order, an electronically generated bill will be sent to your email.

When payment is received for an order, a payment confirmation email will be sent to the relevant user.

When the products for an order is posted/couriered/shipped an email will be sent to the relevant user.

Comments, reviews, ratings, requests, and suggestions

Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. woovy.lk does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments/Reviews prior to their presence on the website. Comments/Reviews do not reflect the views and opinions of woovy.lk, its agents, and/or affiliates. Comments/Reviews reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, woovy.lk shall not be liable for the Comments/Reviews or for any liability, damages, or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments/Reviews on this website.
